Dovetail Timberworks was founded by Brent Stanley, a furniture maker, cabinet maker and timberframer, with a vision of bringing the beauty and durability of traditional timberframing techniques to humble everyday buildings, for everyday people. Brent employs time-tested traditional joinery techniques, with an eye on longevity as well as beauty. 

Brent has built structures ranging from houses to outhouses in Ontario and New Brunswick, as well as a wide range of custom furniture, cabinetry and millwork. Brent is now focused on serving the communities of southeastern New Brunswick.
